When and where is the RANZCO Congress being held?
RANZCO’s 54th Congress will be held from 20-23 October 2023 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), 21 Mounts Bay Rd, Perth WA 6000.
How do you get to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre?
Located by the Swan River, the PCEC sits within the Perth CBD. It is easily accessible by foot, ride-share or public transport including bus, train or ferry from South Perth. For more information, please click on the following link: https://www.pcec.com.au/attend/getting-to-pcec/
Is there parking at the Congress?
The City of Perth Convention Centre Car Park is located directly under the Centre. It is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and can be accessed via Mill St, Mounts Bay Rd, or the Riverside Dv off-ramp from Mitchell Freeway.
There are approximately 5,000 car parking bays within a 10 minute walk of Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. For further information on City of Perth parking, please click on the following link: www.cityofperthparking.com.au
How much is registration?

Can I register onsite?
Registrations will be accepted onsite. However, we do recommend registering prior to the Congress so that your name badge and delegate materials will be waiting for you on arrival. Full payment will be required by credit card or cash for onsite registrations.
Do I need to keep my name badge for everyday?
Yes, you need to wear your name badge every day you are attending to access the sessions and exhibition hall. If you lose/forget your name badge, replacement name badges can be reprinted at a cost onsite.
Can a registration be shared with more than one person from the same organisation?
Registration at the Congress is per person, and shared passes are not permitted. If a delegate is no longer able to attend the Congress, you can change the name on the registration by emailing the Congress Office at: ranzco@thinkbusinessevents.com.au
How do I confirm that I am successfully registered?
Once your registration is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you are officially registered. Attached to this email will either be your tax invoice or receipt as proof of payment.
How can I amend or cancel my registration?
All cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the phone. Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing by emailing the Congress Office at: ranzco@thinkbusinessevents.com.au All cancellations will be processed in line with the RANZCO Congress registration terms and conditions.
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
A Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to delegates post Congress.
Will I receive CPD points?
Fellows will receive up to a maximum of 15 hours under the Education category. Throughout Congress, there will be dedicated staff available at the RANZCO CPD booth within the exhibition hall to assist you with all your CPD queries.
AAPM CPD points of 2 per hour of education have been allocated to the RANZCO Practice Managers’ Conference. These points will be allocated on completion of attendance via an electronic letter which RANZCO will provide upon request. Points need to be added manually to your AAPM profile via the self-service area – further details can be found on the AAPM website.
Is catering provided?
Yes, catering is provided for all catering breaks including lunch, morning and afternoon teas in the Exhibition Hall. If you have special dietary needs, please indicate on your registration form so that an appropriate meal can be arranged.

Will sessions be available on demand?
Yes, recordings of all sessions will be available on demand within two weeks of Congress concluding. An email will be sent to delegates with instructions on how to access.

Will there be a Practice Managers’ Dinner?
Yes, the dinner will be held on Sunday 22nd October at the Rambla on Swan from 7pm – 10pm. The cost is $45 per person. Bookings must be made via the registration form.

Will there be a photographer at the Congress?
There will be a photographer and camera person present over the course of the Congress capturing images and footage. Any image/videos will be retained by the College and Think Business Events. If you have any concerns with your image / video footage being taken and used in future promotional material, please advise the Conference Office ranzco@thinkbusinessevents.com.au
